Diaspora is a private chef and catering service based in Copenhagen, Denmark (CVR 45652890), offering immersive tasting menus served in your home. You can contact us on +45 51 98 38 49 or at info@diaspora.dk. Diaspora is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

You may be asked to submit personal information when you request a booking, so that we can fulfil your request and cook for you. Diaspora may collect information such as:

  • Email address (for confirmations and post-dinner feedback)

  • Billing information to secure your booking and process the full payment due at confirmation, and to apply our cancellation terms where relevant
  • Telephone number
  • Company name (where relevant)
  • Dietary requirements and allergies

When you dine with us, we may also collect survey responses and details of current and past reservations.

When you access our site, “device information” about your hardware and software is automatically collected, which may include device type, cookies, operating system, IP address, browser type and language, domain names, access times, settings and referring website addresses.

Location. If you use our website, we may receive your generic location (such as city or neighbourhood).

Careers. You may submit a CV to info@diaspora.dk if you wish to work with us. This may include personal, employment and education details and other relevant information, used to assess your application. Contact us at any time if you would like us to delete your records.
